functions ranging from corporate, executive, and internal communications for Fortune
500 organizations to product, service, and non-profit publicity expertise.&lt;span

are screened to ensure that there are no conflicts of interest.&lt;span

determined according to the area of focus of the entry, company size, and other

style='font-size:10.0pt'&gt;Scoring is derived according to a proprietary judging
system developed by LACP, which assigns point values&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span
style='font-size:10.0pt'&gt; to various criteria of an entry.&lt;span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;The Competition Scorecard (enclosed) provides

PROCESS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:14.0pt'&gt;&lt;span style='font-size:10.0pt'&gt;The
competition was judged by a field of communications professionals affiliated
with LACP.  Their expertise spans a broad spectrum of PR functions ranging from
corporate, executive, and internal communications for Fortune 500 organizations
to product, service, and non-profit publicity expertise.  udges are screened to
ensure that there are no conflicts of interest.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:14.0pt'&gt;&lt;span style='font-size:10.0pt'&gt;Through
several hundred hours of judging, LACP identified winners within peer-level
competition classes.  Competition classes were established to create the most
level playing field possible between entries.  They were determined according
to the area of focus of the entry, company size, and other pertinent factors.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:14.0pt'&gt;&lt;span style='font-size:10.0pt'&gt;Scoring
is derived according to a proprietary judging system developed by LACP, which
assigns point values
to various criteria of an entry.  The Competition Scorecard (enclosed) provides
further details on the results of the judging process, highlighting &amp;ldquo;Winner,”
&amp;ldquo;Honors,” or &amp;ldquo;Non-Winner” status for each competition
category for which an entry has been submitted. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
