Project Name: “Employee Flashmobs Rebuild Organizational Trust at American Express” Using a series of “flashmobs” and a “Choose your own success adventure” e-Book, Ed Gilligan, Vice Chairman of American Express, and his team used communications to build trust amongst employees after the company's largest reorganization in a decade.
Key Achievement(s): ▪ Increased employee engagement metrics affecting organizational trust, as supported by employee focus group results.

▪ Created direct dialogue between Vice Chairman, Ed Gilligan, and employees.

▪ The campaign's positive impact was also evident through improved click-through rates on Ed's blog and increased attendance with each incremental Flashmob.
