receive an itemized receipt and tracking number for your order.
California residents add 7.75% sales tax.
Most orders, upon receipt of payment, ship within 24 hours. Allow
six weeks extra for orders that include statuettes or rewards
items. If you
need award materials before then, place a separate order not
including statuettes. All sales are final and
non-returnable.
Orders must be pre-paid before entering production.
